Our story
Elpis was founded out of love, hope, and a deep desire to make a difference. What started as a small group of parents and volunteers has grown into a community of advocates, partners, and supporters.
We continue to walk this journey together — creating hope and enabling potential for children with ASD and their families.

Foundation
Elpis Association Inc. was founded on December 13, 2025 by a group of parents and advocates.

Registration
Officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a non-stock, non-profit organization.

First programs
Launched initial community outreach and support initiatives for families and children with ASD.

ETAP
Introduced the ELPIS Therapy Assistance Program (ETAP) to help children access needed therapy services.
